In the early part of 2008, the organizing committee of USNC assigned Henry Sales to head the task of uniting TRISKELIONS in the Southwest area. He started reaching out, communicating several brothers through internet postings, researching and word by mouth. Finally, on April 4, 2008, they officially met and agreed to meet regularly. Through the years the number of members grew but mostly living in Texas. Then it was decided to make the council as Texas Regional Council.
