CURRENT PRESIDENT: Aristotle Jacinto The fraternal organization, originally known as the Tau Gamma Phi Placer County Chapter was founded on January 21, 2022, by six Placer County Triskelion residents namely Winston Jaugan, Alfred Jaucian, Anselmo Gerardo Morante Jr., Antonio Celestino, Nilo Bahoy and Edgardo Marquez. The said brothers are certified legitimate members of the Tau Gamma Phi / Triskelion Grand Fraternity from different Universities and Community chapters in the Philippines. From that date onwards, the Placer County Triskelions continued to grow and moved as a solid unit. They participated actively in all fraternal affairs as well as civic duties within the local community and outside the country.
On June 6, 2022, Brod. Winston Jaugan envisioned the chapter in becoming a new regional council independent from its existing council at the time and be part of the TGP/TGS US National Council. He gathered the consensus of all the Placer County Triskelions and have gotten a unanimous approval from its members. Brod. Winston delivered all the necessary requirements to qualify and be recognized by the US National Council. He attended countless meetings with the USNC officers, RC presidents and has endured all the challenges until he reached his objective. On August 21 2022, the USNC board of directors have finally granted the Placer County Triskelions their official membership to the TGP/TGS US National Council. For all the sacrifices and effort made by Brod. Winston Jaugan to the Placer County Triskelion and for making this regional council a reality. For the service and dedication he showed from his root chapter days at Philippine Christian University in 1979 to his senior years in 1982 at Manuel Luis Quezon University chapter up to this present day in Placer County California USA. The Placer County Regional Council (PCRC) members are declaring Brod. Winston Jaugan as the sole Placer County Regional Council founder.
