CURRENT PRESIDENT: Arthur Decena Jr. Since the late 1990s, Triskelion's in the Grand Canyon State have been there already, whenever their schedule permits, organizing get-togethers and fellowships. Brods Ted Mogol (UST / Adamson) and Rodel “Toots” Bautista (PCU) were actively contacting Brods and Sisters who resided in the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix Metropolitan Area). As such, it was inevitable that our brethren in this part of the country would see each other and bond on a regular basis. With the founding of the United States National Council in 2008, Brods Ted Mogol, Toots Bautista and Nathan “Kakes” Plantado, following the requirements and guidelines set by the US National Council, founded the Arizona Regional Council and applied for USNC Membership.
